Episode #41 - 8 Days of Chirstmas-Day #7 Should you have 1099's vs W-2's
Important tips for working with 1099 contractors: You can't enforce uniforms, extra shifts, or specific chemicals. Safety is crucial, and you can't require non-competes or employee handbook agreements. Ensure 1099s have liability insurance, understand breakage vs. damage, and charge appropriately. Consider company culture, pay, and vehicle options. Listen to 'The Price is Right' podcast for more insights.
