Module number five affirmations that work. Now we get to the juicy bits right. So affirmations aren't about repeating empty phrases. They're about training your brain to accept new truths. The key is present, tense, positive and personal. So you have to make it personal for just you. I'm going to give you some examples of some mantras that you can use, but obviously you're going to have to fill in the blank for yourself. I can't know every situation for every single person. Here's a couple of examples. I am a successful business owner who attracts dream clients easily, and I intentionally did not leave these in a template. I want you to write them down, the practice of writing, as we've lost the art of actually writing anything down. It makes your hand to your brain work better and it helps imprint better. So you're going to have to train yourself to write these down. That's why I intentionally did not give them to you. So please forgive me for that, do you? So please forgive me for that. Here are some more mantras that you can use.
Speaker 1:It says I am in service for my life. Now. Money comes to me easily and effortlessly. Time, money and success are unlimited. Money is constantly circling my life. More than enough comes to me regularly and more than just when I need it. So more than enough comes to me regularly and more than just when I need it. So more than enough comes to me regularly and more than just when I need it. That's actually a whole mantra in itself. Love, money, vibrant health and success are always my goal, even when I forget to remind you, living in prosperity are always in abundance. I always have more than enough money. One of my personal favorites I do oh, I'm sorry Investments articulation early in the morning. I deserve the very best life. What goods come to me now and in less ways, I choose to live abundantly. I now invoke peace, joy and prosperity, for now and in the future. Another personal favorite I am delighted with adventure. In case you're planning a trip, I choose to be safe to show up in the world. Unless joy comes to me endlessly and effortlessly, so be it, and so it is. So these are just some of the mantras I have learned over the years.
Speaker 1:I keep an actual file. I have an iPhone, it's in my notes and it says mantras, slash affirmations. So that way, when I'm wanting to focus on something, I can pick one of those and then write it out in my journal, and so you would have to do a little bit of exercise. So you have to figure out which mantras you want to use.
Speaker 1:I'm just giving you suggestions and then you can take those three affirmations and just pick one of the three that you like and just focus on the one until you get better and more fluent in the exercise. Then you could do two at one time or three at one time. So you would want to write three affirmations that match your biggest goal record yourself saying them and listen to them daily. So while you're putting your makeup on or getting your hair done, or for the guys out there shaving your face, you just put them on record and then while you're doing those things brushing your teeth you're listening to your mantras, you're shifting your persona so that you can help attract the things that you want.
